Pecan Breakfast Bread

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
½ cup oatmeal
1 1.3oz package instant oatmeal (cinnamon & spice or pecan)
1¼ cup goat milk
¼ cup water
¼ cup molasses
2 tbs. butter
1 tbs. ground flax seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
1¼ tsp. salt
2¼ tsp. regular active yeast or 1 tsp quick acting yeast

Directions:
1. Gently warm milk, water, molasses, and butter in a medium-sized pot.
2. Add flax seed meal and instant oatmeal packet to liquid mixture and stir. Allow mixture to cool until temperature is below 120° Fahrenheit.
3. Once cool, combine mixture with all remaining ingredients except pecans and knead dough.
4. Add pecans to dough. Set it aside and allow it to rise.
5. After the dough has risen, shape desired number of loaves, rub with butter, and roll in oatmeal. Allow to rise again until double in size.
6. Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
